Basic Workstation Services
|
|
Services include hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and
repair, maintenance, and upgrades to PC workstations and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.),
independent of network issues, and any consultation thereof.
|
Installation:
Installations include consulting, software installation, coordination
of communications with Telecom, verification of network communications, configurations,
hardware setup, hardware installation, hardware pickup and delivery,
and business services.

Troubleshooting & Repair
When things go wrong with your computer they can be maddening to
locate as well as to repair. Here is where a qualified technician can
really come in handy in terms of figuring out what the problems are
with your computer as well as making the necessary repairs or adjustments.
Troubleshooting is one of the most difficult items to perform on a computer
and one of the most important things that we do for our customers.

Maintenance
For businesses with ongoing needs - growth, reorganization,
relocation, frequent upgrading - we also offer maintenance. Everything from routine
quarterly maintenance to expedited service response. We can cover
a single workstation or every computer and network in your company.

Upgrades to Workstation and Peripherals
This service involves upgrades to PC workstations and computer peripherals, from scanners
to CD burners, the computer setup and software applications including
installation and upgrading of the operating system. We can recommend
the best brands or simply work with your existing choices. This area also
involves memory and disk upgrades. If your computer is more than two
years old chances are it could use a little more storage capability, memory
upgrades or the addition of a backup system.

Basic Workstation Service Fees
|
|

Hourly Rate:
$75.00 per hour and up, depending on services required.

Onsite Service:
Minimum charge of 2 Hours per visit

Telephone Support and/or Remote Service:
Minimum charge of 15 Minutes per incident. Remote Service
is defined as any services performed through modem or the Internet.

Emergency/After Hours:
Regular business hours are Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Services performed outside of regular
business hours are subject to a $25 per hour surcharge. Emergency
services such that require rescheduling of prior appointments are
likewise subject to a $25 per hour surcharge.
